I am writing to you from Isla Mujeres, México.
Soon I will be hosting seven women who have made the choice to reclaim their Empowered Woman within and join me at the Wild Woman Experience retreat.
Last Saturday we had a call and each of the participants shared their intentions for the retreat. They also shared what has been coming up for them as they were approaching this experience.
All of them are super excited, they felt called to be here at this time and they are proud to have gifted themselves with this opportunity.
Some of them, as the time was getting closer, started to notice chaos around them, old emotional “stuff” resurfacing.
One of the women knew she had to be here and a few weeks back said that she couldn’t make it because her husband was sick and needed to take care of him. This is a very independent, business woman and when she shared this I knew something was off.
We jumped on a call and I asked her what was the reason she decided to stay caring for her husband instead of coming to the retreat that was already paid for.
After a coaching session she realized she was scared to loose her family, if she went to her next level.
Another woman, who travels internationally often, all of a sudden (three days before her trip) couldn’t find her passport anywhere. She tore the house apart, no sign of her passport. She called to see if she could get it expedited and after spending $500 trying to make this happen, without counting the stress and the fear of not being able to make it, she found her passport in her house.
My husband and I are here in paradise and last night we ended up going into a deep discussion that brought up some “old stuff” that we thought was already healed (there’s always another layer) and I couldn’t believe we were still bringing that up until I realized that it makes perfect sense.
Chaos, resistance, old emotional “stuff” coming up when you are about to do something big is actually a GOOD thing.
I know it sounds crazy.
It means you are about to jump into your next level!
The best way to describe it is that it feels like you are back to square one. Like you’ve never done any personal work and you wonder what’s the point. That is exactly what it feels like. Like your world is about to fall apart into pieces in front of you.
Sounds like the opposite should be happening right?
The reason this is happening is because your Good Girl is putting up a big fight for you not to change, for you to stay in your comfort, familiar zone.
She’s screaming inside of you: “Don’t rock the boat, there are BIG consequences for those who don’t obey the rules,” “You don’t know what it looks like, what if you don’t like it there? What if things don’t work out? What if you end up alone?”
This is our Good Girl’s nightmare. To end up alone.
The Good Girl is the part of you who leaned to follow all the rules.
These women are coming to this retreat in Isla Mujeres to reconnect with their Wild Woman and create their OWN rules.
This is why it’s important for you to ignite your Wild Woman: she shows the Good Girl in you how to create and follow your own rules, instead of following other people’s rules of how you are meant to live your life.
When we create our own rules, AND follow them is when we become empowered.
Remember, in order to become empowered you’re required to create an alliance with your Good Girl and your Wild Woman.

The Wild Woman is the part of you who is confident and bold.
When your Wild Woman is ignited within, you feel deeply connected with your sensuality and sexuality. You are not afraid to fully express yourself and you enjoy the playful side of life.
You honor yourself, you are unapologetic and you celebrate freedom at your core. You will always go after what you truly desire.
You play by your own rules, often breaking the rules of society. You are courageous and assertive in getting your needs met.
So join us this week in reconnecting with this part of yourself and have fun! The Wild Woman energy is very exciting.
