Hello darling,

For the last few months I have been feeling called by an instinctual force. It has grown from a small spark of a feeling into an opportunity I am very proud to share with you today.

And before I share the details of this transformational experience with you, I want to share the spark. I want to tell you WHY I am feeling called to create this life-changing adventure.

Towards the end of last year, I had a lot going on in my life.

I experienced the loss of a family member.
This loss created huge changes in my life and business.
One of those changes, was my recent move back across the country from LA, to New York.

With all this change, and my feminine energy rapidly being depleted, I needed time to come back to myself and feel whole again.

I knew that the only way to truly heal, the only way to come back quicker, stronger and more powerful than before, was to call on the Empowered Woman in a BIG way.

Often times we avoid this healing process. (I have too.) Like many of us, I get stuck in Good Girl mode. I ignore my Wild Woman and keep doing the “right thing”. When we ignore our Wild Woman we get into trouble. This is where we risk taking a detour that could last years or even a lifetime.

The experience of losing my father-in-law last year, was a true testament of the Good Girl energy being activated while the Wild Woman within me was gasping for air and struggling to be seen and heard.

Instead of buckling down and staying stuck in Good Girl mode, I stopped working full-time. I didn’t take on new clients. I stopped creating new programs and offerings. I stopped fully serving. At the time, I was scared to lose the momentum I had gained from years of dedication and commitment.

I could have let that fear define my path. I could have forced myself to keep giving to my family and new clients. But the truth was I was running on empty. To be an effective coach, wife and friend, I had to do less to start being more.

Now, surrendering is hard. Most of us see surrender as defeat, which it is not.

The real reason we don’t want to surrender, is because it requires us women, the movers and shakers of the Universe, to pause and let go.

I did exactly that, I hit the pause button on my life so I could restore my soul.

Years ago I found a tribe of women that I fully trust.
These women operate at a higher frequency. They know how to love, support, push and elevate me. They hold me accountable when I need them too.

In the midst of the chaos of last year, the Universe put them on my path again. During my “pause” I spent four full days with these women.

Those four days, were full of love, self-care, high vibrational foods and nourishing laughter. Those women created a safe place for me to exhale.

Ultimately, the moments I spent with this group of women, helped me come back to me, remember who I truly am and what it is like to feel completely vibrant, wild and alive again. This feeling, this kind of healing and growth is what takes us to the next level in every area of our lives, including our business.

After spending time with these women my strength came back and I was in pure receiving mode again. I was able to communicate with my husband Rob in an even more compassionate and loving way. Money started showing up effortlessly through my business and unexpected sources. My creative channels began to fully open and I started to feel confident, aligned and powerful in a completely new way.

Surrendering and addressing your feminine power helps manifest abundance in every area of your life.

And you know what?  It takes this kind of powerful connections with women who SEE you through your growth and celebrate you, who are there with you in your breakthroughs, who inspired you when your fears and doubts show up, and they stand next to you in your victories.

Reconnecting with these women was so powerful, so transformative, that I knew I was required to create something like it to help other women breakthrough.

Within each of us is a Good Girl and a Wild Woman. The Good Girl is responsible, loving, compassionate and forgiving. She creates magic and beauty. We all need our Good Girl essence.

It makes us strong mothers, friends and leaders. But if we spend too much time in Good Girl mode or if we are off balance we can also fall into the role of the Victim.

As the Victim we can’t say no, we become invisible and we lack confidence in ourselves. We are over-forgiving and have issues setting healthy boundaries. We live in a constant state of depletion as we give and give and never allow ourselves to receive.

The powerful thing about the Wild Woman is that she isn’t easily defined. Your Wild Woman will look different from your friend’s Wild Woman. Your Wild Woman will evolve over time.

However, today and tomorrow and the next day your Wild Woman will always honor whatever is true to her. She will always put self-expression before approval. She is uncaged. She is confident, unapologetic and bold.

When the Wild Woman is not honored, she gets angry and can fall into the role of the Bitch. As the Bitch, she can lose her real connection with the world and her femininity. She becomes demanding of others in an aggressive way. She feels resentful for others not showing up for her. She judges and criticizes everyone around her. She closes off and spends all her energy and all her time in protecting herself and/or forcing life to happen.

Claiming back the connection to your Wild Woman helps you live your life on your own terms.

Throughout my coaching career I have seen many women claim their Wild Woman. I have also noticed this shift in society. Every day I am finding that more and more women have a desire to be fully expressed. They are wanting to be seen and heard as the beautiful beings they are.

Most of us have had a powerful encounter with our Wild Woman at some point in our lives. We have just pushed her aside or even banished her so we could attend to our responsibilities or for the simple fear of being judged for being “too much.”

You don’t have to be a watered down version of yourself anymore.

What is included in the Empowered Woman Retreat?

Accommodations and Food on site included ($ 2,500): Once you arrive to the house, you won't have to think about anything else but to open yourself to fully receive the experience. We will be staying at a gorgeous villa where you will have complete privacy and luxurious tropical surroundings on a sandy seaside setting. It's private beach and turquoise waters will be home to your dreams and the unleashing of your Wild Woman. In here, meditation, yoga, bon fires and magic will take place. The Power of Receiving - 7 Week Online Course ($197.00): Most of us women as little girls have learned how to give to others but never to ourselves. Our Good Girl was always happy to give but she felt guilty for receiving. This pattern still operates in our life today. If we don't learn how to open ourselves to receive, we are doomed to live a life of sacrifice. This way of being takes us out of our power into victim or bitch mode.  The Unapologetic Receiving Course was designed to teach you exactly how to open your receiving channels and how to let go of old conditioning that's been preventing you from receiving your desires.
