What will you learn in this experience?
Within each of us is a Good Girl and a Wild Woman. The Good Girl is responsible, loving, compassionate and forgiving. She creates magic and beauty. We all need our Good Girl essence. It makes us strong mothers, friends and leaders. But if we spend too much time in Good Girl mode or if we are off balance we can also fall into the role of the Victim. As the Victim we can’t say no, we are over-forgiving and have issues setting healthy boundaries. We live in a constant state of depletion as we give and give and never allow ourselves to receive.
You will unleash your Wild Woman
Your Wild Woman holds the torch of your feminine power. Most women have been accessing their power through the masculine. But that comes with a high price, you loose yourself, your relationships and your feminine essence.
The powerful thing about the Wild Woman is that she isn’t easily defined. Your Wild Woman will look different from your friend’s Wild Woman. Your Wild Woman will evolve over time.
However, today and tomorrow and the next day your Wild Woman will always honor whatever is true to her. She will always put self-expression before approval. She is uncaged. She is confident, daring, unapologetic and bold.
When the Wild Woman is not honored, she gets angry and can fall into the role of the Bitch. As the Bitch, she can lose her real connection with the world and her femininity. She becomes demanding of others in an aggressive way. She feels resentful for others not showing up for her. She judges and criticizes everyone around her. She closes off and spends all her energy and all her time in protecting herself and/or forcing life to happen.
Claiming back the connection to your Wild Woman helps you live your life free and on your own terms.
Throughout my coaching career I have seen many women claim their Wild Woman.
I have also noticed this shift in society. Every day I am finding that more and more women have a desire to be fully expressed. They are wanting to be seen and heard as the beautiful beings they are.
Our Wild Woman is the essence of us becoming great leaders, mothers, friends, wives, role models for the generations to come.
Most of us have had a powerful encounter with our Wild Woman at some point in our lives. We have just pushed her aside or even banished her so we could attend to our responsibilities or for the simple fear of being judged for being “too much.”

In this retreat experience you will deepen your connection with your Wild Woman in a positive way. You will learn how to fully integrate your Wild Woman and your Good Girl. When you discover this balance you step into your TRUE power - You become an Empowered Woman.
What's included in the Empowered Woman Retreat?
- 1 In-Person Retreat. We will gather in a very powerful place Isla Mujeres, an island in the tranquil waters of the Mexican Caribbean. This island is sacred to Ixchel, the Mayan Moon Goddess of fertility, prosperity and rainbows. It is a place for healing rituals among the Mayan people. By honoring Ixchel’s tradition, we become midwives of our dreams and visions. In our time together, there will be room for exploration, ceremony, healing and play. You will experience beauty, femininity, yoga, guided visioning and the gestation of all of your desires. Ixchel is also a goddess who refused to become a victim of oppression. By being surrounded in her energy, you will have access to deep healing. By receiving the energy of Ixchel your Empowered Woman will be born.
- 1 Group Coaching Call prior to the retreat. We will meet online for a 90-minute group coaching call where we'll prepare for the experience. You will have the opportunity to meet the women who you will be sharing this fabulous experience with and you will also be able to ask me any questions your desire.
- 1 Private Integration Call with Paula. This call will take place two weeks after the retreat and it's meant to serve you in the processing and anchoring of the experience.
- Access to a Private Members-Only Facebook Group. If you'd like to connect outside of the retreat and coaching calls, you will have a chance to do so on the Empowered Woman Community Facebook Group. This Group is a great place to share your growth opportunities and your wins as you progress on your journey. This is also a great place to stay connected as you continue your evolution as an Empowered Woman.
