Oh my…., did you feel the intensity of 2014? There was so much growth, so much expansion and so many beautiful experiences.
This year alone and through the mentoring I allowed myself to receive, I traveled to Argentina where I shared almost three months with my family and friends while hosting Private Day Intensives, I moved to Los Angeles and now live bi-coastal, my business tripled, I travelled the world, I graduated as a Divine Living Certified Coach, I restructured my business integrating my husband full time and hiring a team and most of all, I made friendships and connections that will last a lifetime.
Looking back I know that in order to expand in such way this year, it was essential for me to do the emotional work. It is when we bypass this work, that we take longer to make our desires a reality. It is when we operate from the logic only (masculine) and forget about the pieces that support our emotional work and clear the limiting blocks (feminine) that we get stuck in a mediocre business and we don’t get the results we truly desire.
One of my favorite things to do around this time is to look back at the lessons I learned this year.
I invite you to take a few hours before the year ends to evaluate your 2014 and write down in the first column the 10 things you are willing to let go and that you know no longer serve you. These can include emotional, physical, mental and spiritual pieces. On the other column, write down the 10 main lessons you received this year that you know will assist and support you to keep expanding and growing into the woman that you are here to become.
I made a graphic as an example to show you how you can make this exercise more practical and fun, I know how much you love them! These type of exercises are the ones I am including in my Unapologetic Receiving Mastery Course.
