Things are moving and definitely rolling around here in Los Angeles…
Yesterday I got another taste of how much more pleasurable everything is when a woman allows herself to fully receive.
I am preparing two big projects and yesterday we had a big production day with a video producer, a make up artist and my team helping me.
I was reminded of how easy it is to get caught up in the go go go and the doing,forgetting yourself to enjoy the process.
…and life is always going to be busy, right?
The result of this is that you end up feeling exhausted, depleted and unappreciated and the worst part is that deep inside you feel empty and alone.
Here is the truth: “It is our job as women to give ourselves permission to receive, not anybody else’s”
I hear it over and over again, from women around the world. This battle inside, this disconnection from the truth of who we are is having us pay a big price.
We are supposed to be happy, we are here to enjoy our lives fully and to be the powerful, integrated woman that we know we are meant to be and receive all of the desires of our heart.
