How to bring more LOVE into your life

How are you allowing yourself to receive LOVE in your life?

Happy Valentine’s Day. Did you know? This was not always a happy time for me. One of the areas in my life where I struggled the most was in “my relationships with man”, even as a young teenager.

This journey led me to a lot of pain early in my life and also gifted me the opportunity to become the woman I am today, for that I am truly grateful. Today I enjoy a beautiful relationship with an amazing man with whom I get to share my deepest beauty, truth and desires.

I am so excited to be celebrating in my home town not only Valentine’s day but also our Second Year Wedding Anniversary (yes, we are one of those corny couples who got married on Valentine’s day 😉

Allowing myself to experience this kind of love wasn’t easy for me. Now looking back I see how I WAS BLOCKING MYSELF from experiencing this kind of love. I know this might sound hard to hear at first, trust me. I also know that it is so freeing when we realize that it is all within us and the moment we fully commit ourselves to choose what we desire, we free up space for those desires to come into our lives.

For me it was to have a loving, pure, healthy, freeing and gorgeous relationship with a man at the time. Today it is to have a business that supports a lifestyle of travel with my love, where I get to experience my beauty and the beauty around me, while creating deep transformation in women’s lives around the world.

HOW ARE YOU ALLOWING TO RECEIVE LOVE IN YOUR LIFE RIGHT NOW?

It doesn’t have to be so complicated. Start putting the first foot in front of the other:

1) On a piece of paper write down three things you can start taking action towards bringing more love into your life

2) Pick the one that resonates with you at this present moment, and leave the ones for after. The fun thing about start taking action is that things fall into place much quicker than we think

3) Set an intention for the thing you chose first, for example you can say: “My intention for today is to allow myself to be fully open and receptive so I can create more …………………. into my life.

4) Read this statement first thing when you wake up in the morning and last thing when you go to bed. When you read it, make sure you really feel the words and notice where you feel it in your body as you read (this is key, BTW)

5) Listen to the signs, it can come from a friend, from an article that you read, the person on the subway you happen to hear talking, this is the fun part!

6) Keep taking action and repeating the steps as needed. The key here is to be consistent.

I would LOVE to hear what transpires for you from doing this exercise. You might have read or heard this before somewhere….BUT did you ever really allow yourself to do it and be consistent about it?
