I know it has been a pretty emotional week for many people in the United States and beyond.
Right now, I am in Isla Mujeres, Mexico and I just finished hosting a retreat for 6 gorgeous women who joined as sisters for the Empowered Woman Retreat: Wild Woman Experience.
This was a very special time to come together.
One of the main things we worked on during this retreat was allowing ourselves to FULLY and UNAPOLOGETICALLY feel the sadness, anger, hope, hurt, clarity and fear we and many are feeling.
When your Good Girl’s voice is heard and expressed by your Wild Woman….you tap into your most powerful self: Your Empowered Woman.
This is what it’s all about.
The world needs more Empowered Women….particularly right now!
Your family needs you to be a strong feminine role model…
Most importantly, YOU need to feel the immense pleasure of what it means to be connected with your true feminine essence and gracefully step into your power.
It starts with us ending the fight and the judgement within ourselves…and honor our truth.
And then to hear and be present for our sisters and don’t make them wrong…but celebrate them.
This is why this women joined in this powerful retreat.
They finally opened to receive and to give themselves permission to BE SEEN for who they truly are…
I’d like to share a beautiful poem with you.

After this retreat I received a vision of creating more experiences like this in different places around the world.
The feminine isn’t something you understand. It isn’t something you study in a book. It can’t be measured, analyzed or contained. It is something that is felt.
