Do you know how truly precious and powerful you are?

Are you aware of the magic and the miracle that lives within you?

More often than not we get caught up in our busy lives and forget to take a moment to simply appreciate ourselves and give thanks for the miracle that we are.

If you stop for a moment to truly feel everything that you are, what do you think would happen?

When you connect with this energy of appreciation you become a magnet for everything you desire.

Allowing yourself to be grateful for your life and all of your experiences (even if they are not pretty at the moment), will support you in becoming the woman you were born to be.

When you appreciate every experience of your life, you are affirming AND receiving the lessons that will bring you closer to who you truly are. When you get upset and don’t appreciate these lessons, you stay in resistance and block your receiving.

In the Spirit of Thanksgiving here in the States, I’d like to first express my appreciation for YOU and your weekly love and beauty. It means so much to me that you are here so I can share my passions and purpose with. Thank you!

I’d also like to encourage you to take this time to truly appreciate YOURSELF and all the blessings that surround you.

Life is truly beautiful when you allow yourself to feel it.

Starting this week and moving forward, I’d love for you to practice this energy of appreciation for everything in your life, the good and the challenging. I’d like for you to observe what happens when you start appreciating the things that don’t make you feel good and how the energy begins to transform.
